Your drawer is not a standard size. Neither is your plywood.
Every free laser file you can download was drawn for someone else's drawer. You get a box that leaves 20 mm of dead space at one end and slides around every time you open it. The usual fix is to open the SVG and start dragging lines - which works right up until you touch the finger joints, and then nothing fits.
What this actually is
A geometry engine, not a file shop. You give it the inside of your drawer, your real material thickness and your machine; it computes the panels, the finger joints, the bottom tabs and the divider cross-laps from scratch, and hands you SVG and DXF ready to cut. There are no drawings stored anywhere in this system - every file is generated the moment you ask for it.
Why sizing it yourself is harder than it looks
A laser burns away material as it cuts - the kerf, typically 0.1-0.3 mm. Draw a 6 mm tab and you get a 5.8 mm tab, which rattles in its 6 mm socket. Compensating by hand means growing every tab and shrinking every socket by exactly half a kerf, on every one of the several hundred edges in an organizer, without ever getting one backwards.
This engine does it once, globally, as a single polygon offset over the whole design - so tabs and sockets cannot drift out of agreement with each other. Then it checks the result: nothing thinner than your machine can hold, no cut-out that runs off the panel, no wall left as a fragile 0.2 mm web between two slots, nothing that will not fit your bed. A design that fails any of those checks is never generated and never charged for - you get told which number to change instead.
How it goes
- Measure the inside of the drawer, and caliper your actual plywood. "3 mm" ply is usually 2.7-3.2 mm, and that difference is the whole game.
- Type the numbers in. You get the part list, the sheet count, the cut-time estimate, a drawing of the real parts, and - if you want it - a simulation of your own file being cut, before you pay anything.
- Download SVG + DXF + ready-to-run G-code + a one-page assembly sheet and cut it. GRBL machines read the G-code straight off the card; everyone else opens the SVG or DXF in LightBurn. Your first file is free, no card.

What we are not doing
We do not take uploads. The promise here is "this will assemble", and nobody can make that promise about an arbitrary file someone hands us. We do not sell you a bundle of 500 designs you will never cut. And we do not pretend the cut-time estimate is exact - it ignores acceleration, so treat it as a shopping-cart number.
