Drawerkit

Craft Storage Drawer organizer, 6 compartments, 6mm plywood, xtool_d1

A finger-jointed insert for beads, findings and thread that must not mix - 300 x 300 mm inside, 50 mm deep, divided 3 across by 2 deep. Cut from 6mm plywood on a xtool_d1, about 25 minutes of cutting. Every joint is compensated for that machine's kerf, and the geometry passed the validation gate before this page existed. Measure your own drawer and it almost certainly is not this one - change the numbers and the same generator computes yours.

Every part in this file, drawn to scale.
Every part in this file, drawn to scale from the geometry the engine just computed - red lines are cuts. This is what lands on your bed.

8 parts, about 25 min of cutting on a xtool_d1, in 6.0mm stock.

What you get

An SVG, a DXF and a ready-to-run .gcode for every sheet, plus a one-page assembly sheet with the dimensions, the part list and the order to put it together. Finger joints and divider slots are already kerf-compensated for the machine above, so the parts seat with hand pressure rather than a mallet.

The G-code runs on a GRBL machine straight off the card - no LightBurn in the middle - at 350 mm/min, 80% power, 4 passes. Those are deliberately conservative starting numbers rather than a calibrated recipe for your plywood, and the file says so in its own header. Supervise the first run, or ignore the G-code entirely and open the SVG with your own settings.
